DASMAN is experienced and equipped to handle heavy engineering fabrication works such as pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, pipe spools, and heavy, medium, & light structures.

To support fabrication Works, dedicated Machine Shops have been set-up alongside the Fabrication Units. DASMAN understands the importance of state-of-the-art technology and CNC machinery to carry out tool & dye works, horizontal/vertical boring, milling, radial drilling, surface grinding, lathe works and so forth. Hence DASMAN remains up-to-date in our technical resources. The Machine Shops are located in Shuaiba.

The fabrication shops are equipped with multiple EOT cranes, sophisticated plate rolling machines, shearing machines and plasma cutting machines to carry-out precision works. The shops are rightly positioned in the industrial belt of Ahmadi and Mina Abdullah, and spread over 4,500 m2, adding value of proximity to the oil & gas installations.
The new fabrication shop in an area of 2,500 m2, located in close proximity to the current facility, is dedicated for Pipe spooling. Each location is specialized in different services to enhance the production flow and delivery.
